2025 Tour
For those who are already thinking about next year, please block out the week commencing 4 August 2025. Also a good idea to include approximately $10k in your budget for next year, so you too can join the delegation (this year delegate packages ranged from $3,500 to $9,500 - depending on which packages were selected). Never too early to start planning for next year!!

…for our Trans-Tasman Delegation between Monday 5 to Saturday 10 August 2024, an all-inclusive (accommodation/meals/study tours/ thought leadership events) where we will tour urban development best practice projects in Melbourne, Australia, network with our Australian colleagues and hear from leaders across the sector.
Our Trans-Tasman Delegation Programme is still a work in progress but mostly confirmed
There are three packages AVAILABLE:
Package 1 - Core Delegation
Runs over a 4 day period -Monday to Thursday - with delegates returning to NZ on Thursday evening after making the most of a full day of insights in Melbourne. As well as insights, there will be the opportunity to network with the local development community. The core delegation will also include delegate dinners, 2 Thought Leadership Breakfasts and a Cocktail Event. For the cocktail event we are partnering with our hosts in country, UDIA Victoria, on a panel discussion that explores the respective housing policy both sides of the Tasman.
Package 2 - Core Delegation + “Greenfield”Day
Delegates take up the Core Package AND also get to stay on in Melbourne for an extra day - a dedicated Greenfield shoulder day on the Friday -where we will travel slightly further afield (delegates return to NZ on Saturday ....or better still, stayover for the weekend!)
Package 3 - “Is the Grass Greener” Package
With option three the delegates come over Wednesday evening and join us for the Thursday and Friday programs ( 3 nights accommodation and 2 days of study tours). Our Thursday program theme primarily focusses on masterplanned communities and of course Friday is our Greenfield.
